Am I obliged to provide personal data?
RQP Bioclean will only request the data strictly necessary for the purpose for which they are collected; therefore, if they are not provided, the requested service cannot be offered.

How long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the data subject and RQP Bioclean will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest or while a legal provision requires it, in which case they will be duly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
In compliance with Article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, we inform you that the legal basis for processing your data is as follows:

  • The data subject has given consent for the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes and/or

  • Processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the data controller and/or

  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller or a third party, provided that such interests do not override the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require data protection, particularly when the data subject is a child.

To whom will your data be disclosed?
Data processed by RQP Bioclean may be communicated to third parties when legally required.
Likewise, RQP Bioclean has service providers to whom data communication is necessary in different business areas (administration, accounting, taxation, marketing, labor, etc.). The relationship with these companies is regulated under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 of the European Parliament and Council (GDPR). Data accessed by these companies will only be used for the necessary business purpose and will not be retained for any further purpose.

What rights do you have when you provide us with your data?
Any data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether RQP Bioclean is processing personal data concerning them or not.

  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Obtain restriction of data processing when legal conditions are met.

  • Contact the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of RQP Bioclean.

  • File a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider their data protection rights have been violated.

RQP Bioclean adopts the required security levels according to the cited Personal Data Protection legislation and other applicable regulations. These security levels are mandatory for entities accessing our information under contractual or service agreements, pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
However, RQP Bioclean assumes no liability for damages caused by third parties’ alterations of user’s computer systems, electronic documents, or files.
